More GLS in the news today: http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporebusinessnews/view/1208776/1/.html

I really believe that the TC en-bloc will not succeed if this goes on.
Those who put their few hundred dollars down to sign the CSA will be losing it.
Face it, with the cheaper GLS and it's faster for Developers to close the deal in GLS and built on empty land, large en-bloc like TC is just not going to happen.

If Developers has to dangle 'club membership' to sell condo to clear stock before launching new ones, do you think they would want to buy large en-bloc land?
My view about this, stay in TC, make it nice place to live in and be contented.

there is no hope for the enbloc...TC does not have the ownership profile and sought after location for enbloc to succeed...

Based on Enbloc 1 experience, when people started talking 'bad' about TC, it is a sign of trying to lower the RP and sell 'cheap'. Please be aware.
