  3. The minutes of all CSC (Collective Sale Committee)mtg have to be posted onto notice boards within 7 days of the meeting. If there are no noticeboards, to each individual unit. It is in new rules of enbloc.

  4. Goodness! I don't expect the regular CSC meetings to be transcribed!

    Only the EOGMs

It only costs around $2000 - a small price to pay to have all owners words recorded VERBATIM.

The pro- enbloc group only talk about transparancy - but they will block any effort that puts them under the microscope.

Anyway, the transcript is so we all have a record of exactly what went on and what was said at the meeting. A truncated minute taking is simply not enough

  5. what have the pro-enbloc group do to block transparency. another alternative is to video record the proceedings.

  6. You're right - I am speaking about things which you cannot know about - but I do not see any support from the known pro-enblocers who are close to the decision making on the matter.

Video recording won't pick up the words clearly - it is notoriously difficult to understand people when they speak into a microphone in a cavernous school hall filled with other noises.

The MA will have a PA system in place - all that is required is a SIMPLE FEED TO AN MP3 player and someone to note down who is speaking! What is SO difficult about that?

  7. Not difficult. It is up to the MA but i suggest video as an alternative as it is more common than transcribing.

I can only judge from what i see. I will be open and see what the pro-enblocers propose.

  8. I agree video recording is better. Get professional video graphers to do it. Don't think it will cost much. They have microphone which can zoom in to pick up the voices. With video recording, people would be more careful and take their speech seriously.

Concurrently while recording might as well project live images to strategically placed screens so the audiences all over can see & hear the speech clearer.
