FINAL AUDIT & MCST REFUND

Well, it came in the email today - the final Audit as of 12 Jun 2018. The Auditor is the same Auditor that TC has used in the past. All seems to be in order.

The Total sum in the MCST funds was $2,411,495 so each unit will receive $4,306.24 directly into their bank accounts.

Mine has already been credited so there endeth my involvement with Tampines Court.

Thank you, Eldan Law

  1. I have received the sum. Could you please share with us the handing over experience or tips? I am still not sure if i need to knock down and remove stuffs like built-in wardrobes, cabinets, bar-top counter, vanity sets etc. Can i leave the air con units, fans, water heater tanks behind also? Any advice?

    1. It was easy, I left all inbuilt things, including water heaters, aircons etc. I even left my stand alone cooker and oven. No problems.

  3. At Florence Regency, Logan is now defaulting on the repayment of SF by questioning the audit standards of Singapore. Look at their blog.

  4. Hi, we handed over our unit on 4 December. Strange thing is that I emailed to Eldan Law about the 50K refund (not to mention sinking fund, MCST etc) and did not hear from them. I tried calling their telephones, even the one main number listed in their website 68378100 and it seemed invalid. Any one has this problem?
