  1. Yes, It was a shame. Had such fond memory in TC for all those years, but ended with the horrible sight of filth. Couldnt help wanting to leave this place ASAP.

  2. Handed over my unit on Friday after taking it back from my tenants. Thought I was the last few but was surprised to hear from the representative that there are still 200 units that have not been handed over and many have tried to schedule the appointment on the 11 Dec.

  3. Many still there. But it’s definitely not pleasant. Rubbish every where, furnitures abandoned at staircase= Fire hazard. Went back one of the night to retrieve something, witnessed policemen hand cuffed a man, heard it was bicycle thef trying to remove ALL bicycles. Scavengers were there everyday. All these point to poor security. Mossie issue too. Hope those who is still there can move out asap

  5. Went back to TC to do one last round of mail retrieval. Entrance to Blk 120 already totally blocked/closed. Entrance at 119 barricaded. Quite sad though..

  7. Its been more than 2 weeks since i handed over my unit and has not been paid yet. I am thinking of filing a police report and approaching Straits Times to do a story. Anyone has similar problems?
