    The government is getting this right. By releasing land sales like this, makes it hard for ex-hudc to go en-bloc since the GLS is cheaper. En-bloc like TC with high costs up front and lots of uncertainty in economy will keep developers away. And hence prevents the housing prices to escalate even higher. Large en-bloc sale causes a large exodus of people looking for homes with cash pushing prices higher.
    So what the government is doing now, is a double-edged sword, it slows the en-bloc and increases supply; prices of home will stabilize.
