Shh now

Okay, the countdown is on for 27 April 2018.

If the buyer does not rescind by that date then the SPA 'remains in force'. For how long?

I am putting the blog on a slow down. I have the Colls of Clondavaddog to sort out this weekend (don't ask, it's my other time consuming hobby).

Just because SL can take forever to close the deal does not necessarily mean it will. We can still live in hope that SL will do the proper thing and finish the deal as quickly as possible.

  1. Why need to take a break unless you want to. FB said can still discuss but don't reveal details.

  2. Qn: The 5 years to sell starts from Sales Order date? If so, SL is under pressure to speed up the completion too. There are many units here to sell.

  7. We heard the word SOON for too long and it is very subjective.
For some to plan their lives every seconds count.

    1. SOON or later. The timing is under the control of authorities & not SL or lawyers. If you cant wait maybe you should to write to the authorities to request them to make SOON sooner ? The rest of us know that process has to be done accordingly & we have no choice but just need to wait patiently.

    2. Anon 7.1 The one with the authority and responsibility to write to authorities is none other than Chairman of CSC. He has at his disposal Professional Lawyers and Property experts to advise him if he so chooses to take action. CSC is vested with powers to act on behalf of all SPs.

  10. There seems to be an absence of Leadership. Powers that be are unresponsive and not accountable to owners.
This Blog substitutes, in an unofficial but meaningful way, what ought be the function of SC facebook. Calling for this Blog shutdown is to encourage an information 'Black Hole'. Unacceptable when so much of our wealth and livelihood is at stake.
It's for Blogger's amusement, SPs learning, sharing and delight. What's so scary about that!
