SP Meeting on 1st July

The SP meeting will be held in the Activity Room. This is a room the size of 2 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 30 pax. (confirmed by the managing agent). There are 560 units in the estate so around 1000+ owners. If one of their stated reasons for delaying this meeting was to contact as many SPs as possible then the SC had better hope 95% of owners don't turn up. There will be no room for them even holding the meeting twice.

Holding the meeting twice means 2 sets of owners will not be hearing quite the same things. Questions from one set will not mirror the other. The tone at the meetings might also be different.

very simple to link up live streaming using facebook from the activity room to the void deck, including taking questions from audience at the void deck if no space. make IT work for us.

Why not they rent SAFRA auditorium or Changkat CC Hall for SP Meeting?

No need to ask so many question, let the developers ask. chop-chop close shop and send out tender the next day, preferably after the meeting. one day later means one day more for enbloc to fail.

FB Page : Tender will launch on 4 July 2017 and close on 15 Aug.

4 Jul to 15 Aug is only 6 weeks duration. Do we need to provide 7 weeks for tender ? Tender should close on 22 Aug instead of 15 Aug ?

    1. Trying to locate the origin of '7 weeks tender'... RG's tender was 5 weeks (1 Sep-5 Oct),
Tampines (Plot C) GLS - 6 weeks. There is no mention of tender length in the LTSA though they did say a private Treaty can only be entered into within 10 weeks of close of tender. It seems the 7 weeks came from the CSC Facebook posting on 1 June 2017 at 19.46

      " We have achieved 81.99%!!
      1)
2)After the EOGM, the estate will be launched for collective sale and the tender will close after a period of about 7 weeks."
