A Minority Owner's chronicled journey through 3 Collective Sale attempts; the last one being successful. TC was a 560 ex-HUDC estate with a thriving community spirit (up until the enblocs that is). I have moved on to a new, 37 unit Freehold estate. Life is quiet now with zero community feeling.
Pulling the 'i told you so' card now is not helpful and serves no purpose. It's always easier in hindsight. Besides, Raintree only has 175 units compared to the 560 in TC. The momentum and progress will be very different.
I put in the Blogger Only because I can't put in the real RP for obvious reasons. It's purpose is not to say 'I told you so' but so you can see how TC measures up to the other estates. For TC, I presume the Eldan Law firm and Huttons can get the necessary manpower to do the job efficiently. I hope we are not going to hear excuses along that line, they should not have taken on TC if they can't handle the workload. They are being paid millions - they can hire a few more to do the property searches. Or start NOW, how about that?
